We recently hosted and managed an aperitif that perfectly conveyed the philosophy of Pergola15: elegance and hospitality fused into a single sensory story.
The centrepiece of the buffet was a finger food composition created on risers of different heights to enhance each delicacy. Savoury morsels danced among clusters of rounded cherry tomatoes, mini quiches with an enveloping aroma and decorated canapés, creating a small landscape of flavours.
